West Dorset Liberal Democrats attend regional conference

A large group of Liberal Democrats from West Dorset made their way to Taunton last weekend to attend the Regional Conference.

Amongst the attractions were speeches by Party Leader Nick Clegg, our newly-elected President, Ros Scott, Shadow Home Secretary Chris Huhne and Liberal Democrat Shadow Chancellor and “National Treasure”, Vince Cable. The Conference also saw the launch of the European election campaign.

Members also attended excellent training, spoke in debates on topical issues and enjoyed the opportunity to socialise.
